This notice explains how SARC AI Technologies Private Limited ("SARC AI", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website. It is written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "Act") and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. For this data, SARC AI is the Data Fiduciary.

What we collect and why
We collect only what each form asks for, and use it only for the purpose shown on that form.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
The basis for using your data
- Your request. Each form asks for your consent to use your details for the purpose on that form, such as a demo or a whitepaper (Section 6 of the Act). We use them for that purpose only. The box is never ticked for you.
- Marketing. We send updates, newsletters, whitepapers and blogs only if you tick the separate marketing box on a form (Section 6). It is never ticked for you, and we never make it a condition of anything.
- Security. We keep server logs to protect the website and to meet our obligations on cyber security incidents.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who host this website and send our emails. They act only on our instructions, under contract, and must protect your data.
- Other SARC Global companies, only where needed to answer your request. For example, an assessment enquiry may be handled by SARC & Associates.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on servers in India. If this changes, we will update this notice.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
- Marketing choice: while you are subscribed. After you withdraw, we keep only the record of your choice, so we do not contact you again.
- Server logs: 180 days.
We erase personal data when the purpose is no longer served, unless a law requires us to keep it (Section 8(7)).
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw consent to updates and invitations at any time, as easily as you gave it:
- on our Email preferences page, or
- by writing to us at the address below.
Withdrawal takes effect straight away. It does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
Your rights
Under Sections 11 to 14 of the Act, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correct, complete or update your data, or erase data we no longer need.
- Resolve a grievance about how we have handled your data.
- Let a person you nominate exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.
Write to us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond as soon as we can, and within 90 days at the latest.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can put things right. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
Security
We take reasonable security safeguards to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit and logging (Section 8(5)). If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
